The Vale Earth Fair is a community-run music festival and charitable fundraising initiative operating in Guernsey. We are registered with the Guernsey Registry (NP179 and CMP 55564).

- Volunteer information: for the duration of involvement.
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017, you have several rights, but specifically and of relevance, you have the right to:
- Request confirmation of the personal data that we hold about you and what we are doing with your data.
- Request correction of your personal data if incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
- Request that we stop any consent-based processing of your personal data after you have withdrawn that consent.
- Request deletion of your personal data.

Data Processors
We use the following third party processor:
- Ticket Tailor - Used to manage ticket sales and event registrations. Personal data processed may include names, email addresses and ticket purchase details. Ticket Tailor acts as a data processor and processes data in accordance with GDPR. We do not currently use any other data processors. This policy will be updated if that changes.
